Player Bio

Eszter Meri (born December 11, 2002, in Šamorín, Slovakia) is a sophomore for the Texas Longhorns Women’s Tennis program. She earned SEC recognition as Freshman of the Week in January 2025 and later as SEC Athlete of the Week in March 2025 after helping her team to key wins.

Meri is also a 2025 FISU World University Games singles gold medalist and was named to the 2025 SEC Community Service Team, highlighting her contributions on and off the court.
